Who Needs Worker’s Compensation Insurance
As A General Rule any business with more than two Employees is required to carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance. Many times a new business just starting out where the owner is the only employee wont need to carry workers compensation insurance. If that business owner then hires an employee who is not a co-owner in the business this event triggers the need for workers compensation insurance.
